Crynodeb
We are looking for a dependable, hands on Factory and Warehouse Operative with driving duties to support our fabrication and installation teams. This role suits someone who takes pride in turning up on time, working safely, and doing things properly.
This is a practical, physical role combining warehouse duties, manual handling, and driving using company vehicles.
The role
• Picking, packing, and preparing materials and finished goods for dispatch to sites
• Loading and unloading company vehicles safely and efficiently
• Carrying out deliveries and collections using company vans
• General factory and warehouse duties including cleaning, organising stock, and maintaining a tidy workspace
• Assisting with stock control and periodic stock counts
• Completing daily vehicle safety checks and reporting any defects
• Maintaining delivery paperwork and basic warehouse records
• Following Dudley’s health and safety procedures at all times
What we’re looking for
• A valid UK driving licence
• Experience in a factory, warehouse, construction, or logistics environment preferred, but not essential
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and a willingness to follow processes
• A positive, can do attitude and pride in your work
