The Role
- Prepare specialty drinks and serve food to customers
- Maintain clean and safe service and back-of-house areas
- To restock kitchenettes, emptying bins, keep areas clean and tidy at the tea points on both first and second floor
- maintaining the cleanliness of the outlet, including all customer seating areas. Regular cleaning of the floors, tables, chairs, and the partition glass doors.
- Handle cash and operate the till system accurately
- Ensure all food and drinks meet the highest standards of quality
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all work areas
