Shift Manager
£40,000 - £45,000
London
Two roles – Morning shift and afternoon shift, both available.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Shift Manager to join a well-established FMCG business who have exciting growth plans in place (these have already kicked in and have grown an impressive 80% over the last few months).
As Production Manager, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the factory, leading the production team of approximately 60 making sure all KPIs are achieved.
You will need to be an influential leader to be a success in this role, embedding a healthy and happy culture across the site, offering coaching and mentorship to the team where required.
Continuous Improvement is important for the company and will increasingly be looked at as this company grows, so you will be a driving force in starting them on this CI Focus – you don’t need to be a black belt six sigma qualified, but concentrate on the big wins that can happen within a factory, starting this journey.
Our client is looking for an individual who has strong ethics, can drive, and sustain a good culture and is a leading role model when it comes to behaviours and standards.
To be considered for this post you will have worked in a production role before, ideally within the food industry; other FMCG industries will also be considered.
If this sounds like a business you would be keen to work for and you feel you have the right skill set and attribute’s then please apply!
