Applications are invited for the post of Conference and Events Sales Executive in the Conference and Events team.
Commercial Services are actively seeking a Sales Executive to join our busy Conference and Events team.
The post-holder will be required to proactively generate income for Royal Holloway by selling the campus as an events venue. Events on the campus include conferences, banqueting, meetings, weddings, accommodation services, internal hospitality and filming. The post-holder will be required to respond to all reactive event enquiries, as well as proactively seeking opportunities to sell our campus for the events detailed above, in order to maximise revenue.
The post-holder must be an effective communicator and able to build rapport with different clients. The successful candidate will be confident in engaging with external clients from corporate, association and educational sectors, as well as academics from university departments, via telephone, email, and face-to-face. Excellent organisational skills are required as well as the ability to deliver inspirational customer service to our valued clients.
