Our service supports people to remain in their own homes or apartments by helping them achieve their personal goals and feel safe and secure in their environment. This role involves providing night-time support to adults who need assistance with daily living activities, including personal care, promoting physical and emotional wellbeing, maintaining nutrition, and meal preparation. You will also respond to referrals for individuals who have experienced a fall.
We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated individuals who demonstrate empathy and respect. Value individuality and be committed to delivering person-centred care. You should be able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, follow care plans, and overcome barriers to ensure positive outcomes. Flexibility, initiative, and a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact are essential
A 2 week rolling rota is in place
Hours 9pm-07:30am
On site and community working
