Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to deal with internal and external stakeholders Excellent planning skills as diary/calendar management is key as well as organising events and meetings Proven experience of providing administration support to a large programme Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities, and ability to meet deadlines Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new IT skills as required to help produce reports, note taking etc. Our Future Hospital programme North Devon District Hospital is one of 40 hospitals included in the New Hospital Programme. Working Pattern: Office based Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. The role is offered on a Fixed Term basis for 2 years initially.
