To undertake advanced physiotherapeutic assessment and treatment of patients, who have a complex and/or chronic presentation. Use advanced clinical reasoning skills to determine individualised treatment programmes and to maintain records as an autonomous practitioner. 2. To hold own caseload of patients referred. Taking responsibility for accepting and discharging these patients and undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner. Assess and treat own caseload of patients within the community or outpatient setting providing patient centred interventions. 3. To provide and co-ordinate post graduate development to less experienced staff and clinical placements for student physiotherapists. 4. To assist with delivering training programmes to ensure that professionally qualified, professionally unqualified staff, other members of the MDT and carers, are optimally competent to deliver appropriate care to patients. 5. Assist in service evaluation and development.
