Summary

Company Description
At Home Instead, we’re more than a care provider – we’re a family of compassionate, empathetic people who believe in helping our community remain safe, happy, and independent in the comfort of their own homes.

We provide community-based care, supporting clients across Perton/Pattingham and the surrounding areas. Every visit is an opportunity to bring comfort, connection, and dignity to someone who needs it most.

If you’re someone who naturally cares, listens, and wants to make a meaningful impact, this could be the perfect role for you.

Job Description
Your Role as a Community Care Professional

As a Home Instead Care Professional, you’ll be supporting clients in their own homes, offering personalised care that helps them live independently and confidently.

Your work will include:

Providing genuine companionship

Sharing stories, enjoying a cuppa, offering a listening ear, all whilst brightening someone’s day.

Supporting with daily routines

Helping clients with tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, getting ready for the day, or winding down for the evening.

Delivering personal care with empathy and dignity

You’ll help clients feel safe, comfortable, and respected — always taking the time they deserve.

What makes us different?

At Home Instead, we believe great care starts with time, trust, and consistency.

Minimum 1-Hour Visits
