We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Fathers and Significant Others Worker to join our Flying Start Parent Support Team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by supporting fathers and male carers to build strong, positive relationships with their children and engage fully in their child’s early development.

You will work directly with dads through one-to-one sessions, group activities, and community engagement, helping them to overcome challenges and access the support they need.

Ambitious - Forward thinking, embracing new ways of working and investing in our future.
Open - Open to different ideas and being accountable for the decisions we take.
