Crynodeb
The Clinical Quality and Assurance Manager will support the ICB to assure and improve the quality of health services across Birmingham and Solihull. The post-holder will work closely with other members of the Quality team, Continuing Healthcare colleagues and Contracting team to assure the ICB of the clinical quality of services within the areas of commissioned health services. The post-holder will contribute to the delivery of the ICB quality strategy through commissioning for quality assurance programmes and provide clinical quality support. The post-holder will liaise with providers, other ICBs and functions regarding assurance, compliance and improvements of services utilised by the ICB population. In addition they will work closely with clinical leads and managers within and beyond the Continuing Healthcare team, in order to support the ICB to deliver its statutory duties in relation to quality assurance and improvement.
