Shachihata (Europe) Ltd, a long-established Japanese manufacturer of pens, ink stamps, and stationery, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing activity across the UK and Europe.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to someone early in their marketing career who enjoys combining creativity with organisation and campaign support. You’ll work closely with the UK sales team and our Belgium office to help deliver marketing campaigns, product launches, and creative materials.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and product launches
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials for print and digital, including brochures, POS, catalogues, social media content, and website assets
• Assist with design work, artwork, and visual content (drawing skills beneficial but not essential)
• Write and adapt clear marketing copy for a range of channels
• Support social media scheduling and email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp)
• Assist with exhibitions, promotions, and coordination with suppliers
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Provide general marketing administration and campaign support
• Assist with typesetting and printing of marketing materials.

Skills & Experience
• Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Design, Art, or a related subject
• 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing or creative role (or strong graduate/placement experience)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); Canva experience desirable
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Creative mindset with an interest in visual communication and branding
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Portfolio demonstrating creative or marketing work preferred
