Summary

The Conversion Coordinator will have a pivotal role within the Engagement and Conversion team. A big focus is the content creation of outbound prospective student email communication so the ability to create content relevant to different prospective student audiences, throughout their student journey, will be essential.
The successful candidate will assist with various conversion activities which includes leading on the training and support to student volunteers as they provide peer to peer support to prospects.
The post holder will also liaise with internal teams across the University including School Marketing, Admissions, Recruitment, Student Experience, Support Services, Careers and Employability and Accommodation as we build and refine our conversion strategy.
The successful candidate will have a passion for higher education and supporting students throughout their journey from initial enquiry to registered student. They will be a positive individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who can work proactively on their own but also alongside likeminded individuals. Excellent IT skills and strong communication, both verbally and in writing, will be required. They will be expected to work proactively and demonstrate the ability to prioritise their workload. A good understanding of what’s involved in student recruitment will also be beneficial.
Salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 4, £27,319 - £31,236 per annum with placement according to qualifications and experience.
