We are looking for a committed, reflective and enthusiastic leader who is passionate about making a positive difference to children’s lives. Successful candidates will demonstrate:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience of teaching within the primary age range
• A strong understanding of high-quality teaching and learning, including how children learn best
• Experience of planning and delivering an engaging, inclusive and well-sequenced curriculum
• The ability to use assessment and data effectively to support pupil progress and raise standards
• A commitment to high expectations, positive behaviour and strong relationships
• Experience of working collaboratively as part of a team and contributing to whole-school improvement
• A clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
We are particularly keen to appoint leaders who:
• Share and actively live out our Christian values of love, compassion, courage and respect
• Are reflective practitioners, open to professional development and continual improvement
• Can build positive partnerships with pupils, parents, colleagues and the wider community
