Deputy Headteacher - Pastoral

We are looking for an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join the senior leadership team at Philips High School, part of Oak Learning Partnership. Working closely with the Headteacher and wider team, you will play a key role in shaping school improvement priorities, raising standards, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for every child.

This role is idealfor either an established deputy looking for new challengesor a proven leader who is ready to take on significant strategic responsibilities and drive whole-school development in all areas of pastoral provision. The role provides strategic oversight of Behaviour and Attendance, Inclusion, Safeguarding and Personal Development.You willalso be an integral part of the wider leadership network across our Trust, contributing to system leadership and benefiting from high-quality professional development.
