Customer Service Executive Location: DaventryHours:Monday to Thursday:08:30 – 17:00Friday:08:30 – 16:00Schedule: Full-time, PermanentAbout the Role:We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team based in Daventry. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established business, supporting both UK and export sales operations.You will play a key role in supporting customers, internal departments, and field sales teams with a strong focus on delivering outstanding service and efficient order processing. Engineering Experience is desired.Key Responsibilities:Handle sales support for both UK and Export customer enquiries and orders related to specified suppliers, while also providing general support across other accounts and product lines.Respond to and process customer enquiries and orders for the full Master Abrasives product range.Provide sales and administrative support to the field sales team.Monitor stock demand reports and maintain appropriate stock levels for key accounts, supporting other product areas as required.Progress orders from designated suppliers and ensure delivery details are accurately updated in the Datafile system.Maintain and update special purchase prices from suppliers for allocated product lines.Deliver regular updates to management regarding supplier performance.Ensure proficiency in all relevant IT systems, including Datafile and CRM tools.Follow internal office and order processing procedures consistently and accurately.Understand and apply the pricing structure across all Master Abrasives products.Provide first-line support for designated product groups when colleagues are absent.Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as required by senior management.Requirements:Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role (ideally within a technical or manufacturing environment)Strong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationConfident in using CRM and ERP systems (Datafile experience desirable)Ability to multitask and work under pressureProactive, adaptable, and a team playerWhat We Offer:Competitive salary (£27,000–£29,000 DOE)Supportive and friendly team environmentEarly finish on FridaysOpportunities for development and progressionOn-site parkingInterested?If you're an enthusiastic and experienced customer service professional looking for your next challenge, apply now .
