The Best Connection is recruiting for a friendly and reliable School Receptionist to join a busy and welcoming school environment.
Working Hours:
- Monday & Tuesday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 2:30pm
Pay rate is £12.85 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors, parents, pupils, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering incoming calls and redirecting them to the appropriate departments
- Carrying out general reception and administrative duties
- Using a PC for basic administrative tasks
You will be working alongside another member of the reception team each day and will not be left on your own for long periods.
Requirements:
- Confident and approachable manner
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Basic PC skills
- Previous reception or school-based experience is desirable but not essential
DBS Check:
A valid DBS is preferred; however, a DBS can be arranged if required.
