Are you a creative, a storyteller, digitally minded marketer ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Officer to join our dynamic Marketing Team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our digital presence, leading on social media, website content, email marketing, and digital campaigns that showcase our college community and inspire future students.In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll be responsible for developing engaging digital content, managing our social media channels, and ensuring our online presence reflects the energy and ambition of the college. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, students, and external agencies to bring campaigns to life and ensure our digital strategy delivers real results.Key responsibilities include:Creating engaging and creative content for the College’s social media platforms, tailored to different audiences.Managing and scheduling social media posts, monitoring engagement, and growing online communities.Leading on video, photography, and podcast content to tell authentic student and staff stories.Support the college’s email marketing calendar, from planning and content creation to delivery and analysis.Collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver digital campaigns and measure their effectiveness.Supporting college events and national campaigns by developing digital plans and coordinating PR activities.You’ll bring a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and a flair for storytelling across multiple platforms.To succeed in this role, you should have:A degree (Level 6) in marketing, digital media, or a related discipline.Level 2 Maths and English or the equivalent e.g. GCSE grade C or above, GCSE grade 4 or above etcProven experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.Excellent copywriting and communication skills with an eye for engaging content.The ability to plan, evaluate, and report on social media campaigns.A proactive, creative, and collaborative approach, with the flexibility to support events occasionally outside normal hours.This role offers an opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking marketing team where your ideas are valued, and creativity is encouraged.
