Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, affordable, and energy-efficient homes aligned with organisational objectives.
- Drive financial and environmental returns on property and land assets, including developments and sales.
- Provide strategic advice on buildings and land ownership to support organisational and community development.
- Oversee performance monitoring, reporting, and business improvement activities.
- Develop and implement a pipeline of property sales, purchases, and development opportunities in line with corporate and housing plans.
- Ensure property services teams are accessible, responsive, and exceed stakeholder expectations.
- Lead strategic budget planning to deliver long-term objectives and achieve best value for money.
- Operate within statutory, governance, compliance, and legal frameworks.
