You will be responsible for
- Listening to Customers and acting on their feedback
- Engaging my team to deliver the best availability for customers throughout the day
- Delivering a great shopping trip for customers every day
- Deliver and sustain great standards to be proud of
- Encouraging my team to be passionate about products.
- Leading the service culture in my department
- Protecting our brand by delivering legal compliance through our teams
- Actively control costs on my department and deliver my budgets
- Consider safety in all I do so every colleague and every customer gets home safe everyday
- Work with the business to grow sales:
- Engage my team to participate in bringing benefits to the local community
- Be a professional business manager
