Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nurse Manager for a small, purpose-built nursing home in Leicester. The facility offers specialized care and support to the elderly with complex care needs. Conveniently located near shops and local amenities, the home also benefits from excellent transport links.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Nursing Home Manager in the daily operations of the facility
- Assist in managing staff rotas and conducting supervisions
- Ensure high standards of care are consistently provided to all residents
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee clinical governance and quality assurance processes
Requirements:
- Valid Nursing PIN
- Previous experience in a similar managerial role within a nursing home setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
