Our client, a leading provider of specialist support services in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Worker to join their team on a full-time basis. In return for your dedication and hard work, our client offers a competitive salary range of £82.14 to £115 per day, depending on your qualifications and experience. Key responsibilities of the Behaviour Support Worker role include:
- Developing and implementing individualised behaviour support plans in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team
- Providing a safe, supportive, and empowering environment that promotes personal growth and independence

- Encouraging individuals to engage in meaningful activities and social interactions
