We are now seeking a Business Development Manager with proven experience in Healthcare & Education sectors to join our growing team.

The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth within these highly regulated sectors. You will identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and secure new business partnerships, ensuring that Aspect Maintenance is the go-to provider for clients in healthcare and education.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a sector-focused sales strategy, targeting healthcare and education clients
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
* Identify new business opportunities, prepare tenders, proposals, and presentations
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are fully understood and delivered
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry standards, compliance requirements, and sector trends
* Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy

About You

We’re looking for someone who is commercially driven, resilient, and an excellent communicator. You’ll have the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and demonstrate a deep understanding of the unique challenges in healthcare and/or education estates.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management
* Experience working within the healthcare or education sectors (essential)
* Strong knowledge of facilities management, building maintenance, or related services
* Excellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract award
* A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment
