Crynodeb
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self motivated Band 5 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work in the Rushcliffe Local Mental Health Team. You will need to be able to engage proactively with individuals using the principles of recovery to provide effective mental healthcare for patients across the mental health spectrum, alongside care coordination for some patients under the Care Programme Approach. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the service and develop your own skills and attributes. Duties will include involvement in managing a medication clinic, case management of clients with complex mental health needs, utilising professional core skills, working with family and friends. The role will include involvement in the development and promotion of the Rushcliffe Local Mental Health Team. This post would suit a newly qualified mental health nurse and we welcome applications for students in the final stages of their pre-registration nursing course.
