We are working with schools across Hertfordshire and are looking for Classroom mentors / Teaching Assistants to join us for role from January.

Your Role Day to Day
Offering classroom support for pupils across year groups
Helping students regulate, stay focused and positively engage in lessons
Supporting teachers in creating a calm and structured learning environment
Encouraging confidence, independence and emotional resilience
