You’ll ensure high-quality support for students with special educational needs, working closely with staff, families, and external partners to help every learner succeed. • Qualified teacher status.
• A proven track record of achieving strong progress outcomes for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• The ability to remain emotionally resilient when managing challenging behaviours, while demonstrating a constructive approach to authority and maintaining discipline.
