Summary
Kühne + Nagel (AG & Co.) KG
The role includes managing fleet activities, coordinating deliveries, ensuring vechicle maintenance and complying with road safety, transport and logistics regulations.
How you create impact
- Pre brief and de-brief drivers on their daily runs.
- Liaise with drivers, regional partners and customers while vehicles are on the road over collection and delivery issues,
- Record collection/delivery status and discrepancies in dotnet and escalate where appropriate.
- Move freight between runs to ensure failed collections are minimised.
- Recovering increased costs and lost revenue through correct administration.
- Administrate all transport runs to the correct standard, eliminating disruption and additional workflows for other teams.
- Contribute to a safe working environment through the application of all relevant safety process and recognised safe methods of working.
- Maintain and improve customer and interdepartmental communication and working relationships.
- Co-Operate with colleagues to improve productivity and deliver excellent service.

- Able to respond and adpart in fast paced environment
- Demonstrates good computer skills
- Driving Licence
