Pay Rate: £12.42 per hour + £10 shift allowance per completed night shift
Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 22:00 - 07:00

The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operative to join their night shift team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable role with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating CNC machinery to produce timber components to specification
- Ensuring quality standards are consistently met
- Performing routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Working efficiently to meet production targets
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Candidate Requirements
- Previous CNC Machine Operative experience (essential)
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliability and willingness to work in a busy environment
