- Line manage staff and take lead role in their training. - Manage all HR aspects of role. - Regular meetings to cascade information. - Monitor the accuracy of work produced from within the booking team. Ensure that EMS and Trak are maintained accurately. - Ensuring that lists are back-filled where appropriate. - Ensure that specialty rules are understood by the booking team. - Liaise with appropriate departments to ensure that any new services introduced run smoothly and efficiently. - Support the resolution of complaints.
