We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care at Cygnet Hospital Harrow.

You will be expected to work 40 hours a week (days and night shifts) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care.

  • Day shifts - 7:30am - 8pm

  • Night shifts - 7:30pm - 8am

Cygnet Hospital Harrow provides a recovery focused service treating a wide range of mental health problems. We also offer specialist diagnostic, assessment and inpatient services for individuals with mental health needs and who also have a dual diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder - https://www.cygnetgroup.com/locations/cygnet-hospital-harrow/

Your Day-to-Day…
• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
• Safeguard
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
