Summary
A SEN school in Merton now has a new ASD Teaching Assistant opportunity available. The successful ASD Teaching Assistant will be supporting children with ASD and using visual aids to communicate.
This role is very rewarding, and you’ll be working with smaller class sizes, meaning you can give more tailored support and build better working relationships with the children.
Experience working with children with ASD is essential, ideally in a school setting. Previous experience supporting behaviour that challenges as well as patience, empathy, and strong communication skills will also be required.
