About the role as a Motor Vehicle Teacher/AssessorWe are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assessor in Motor Vehicleto join our team. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for the teaching, training, and assessment of learners, while inspiring them to develop the skills they need for a successful career in the industry!You will manage one or more learner cohorts on site, supporting them through all stages of their learning journey, from induction through to achievement. You will take the lead in the delivery and development of the Motor Vehicle curriculum, ensuring that every learner has an outstanding experience.Your responsibilities will also include:Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment in Motor Vehicle subjectsManage and support cohorts of learners on-sitePlan, develop and review course content to ensure relevance and engagementConduct workplace assessments in line with awarding body requirementsMonitor and track student progress, providing timely feedback and supportMaintain accurate records and contribute to internal quality assurance processesEngage with Employers and Industry PartnersThis role is full time, permanent based at Banbury college.
