Summary

Mulberry Bush Day Nursery in Mulbarton is hiring.
We are currently seeking an experienced practitioner to join our baby room as a Room Leader, working with children aged 6 - 24 months. You will need to have childcare qualifications, a minimum of a full and relevant level 3 qualification.
We are seeking applicants with a passion and affinity for the early years age group. You will be an enthusiastic and nurturing practitioner, dedicated to the care and support needed to help very young children grow, learn and thrive. We are looking for people with a warm and friendly disposition who enjoy working in a team of like-minded practitioners. You will be based within a dedicated team skilled in looking after our youngest children.
Mulberry Bush is a full day care setting, open from 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday, 51 weeks a year for children aged 6 months to 5 years. It is a thriving and popular nursery with an excellent reputation for high quality care and education and a genuine commitment to inclusion and working in partnership with families.
The vacancy is for full-time applicants, available for a minimum of 36 hours a week (8am-6pm shifts), 4 days a week, with the opportunity of a maximum 45 hour contract. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months, with opportunities to extend this further. Please be aware, we are open all-year-round and we do not offer term-time employment contracts.
We are looking to appoint a committed and inspirational room leader with experience of leading a team within a nursery. The successful candidate must have a thorough understanding of Good Quality Childcare and will need to be committed to maintaining and building upon our high standards of care and education. You will be an enthusiastic and nurturing practitioner, passionate about the care and support needed to help very young children grow, learn and thrive. We are looking for someone with a warm and friendly disposition who enjoys working in a team of like-minded practitioners. You will also take on Key Person responsibilities, ensuring individual care for a group of children and families.
You will be required to work within the EYFS and take an leading role in the planning and implementation of activities based around a child-centred ethos and working from our book-led curriculum.
