Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to Chartered Financial Planners
Report directly to the Practice Manager
Process new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection products
Liaise with providers to obtain valuations, policy details, and manage client servicing
Maintain and update client records using internal CRM systems (Intelliflo Office)
Prepare documentation for client meetings and ensure timely follow-up
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
Support onboarding of new clients using EWS’s paperless systems
Assist in managing the advisers' diaries and meeting arrangements
Candidate Requirements
Essential
Must have experience in an IFA or wealth management environment
Must have experience with IO (Intelliflo Office) and some experience with Genovo, FE Analytics and/or CashCalc
Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong team working ethic
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with FCA compliance and regulatory frameworks
Desirable
Some progress towards CII RO qualifications (potential support for further study towards these qualifications if only part achieved)
Experience in producing high level reports via above platforms
Paraplanning experience
