This position is Office based

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Business Support / Admin Assistant to join our Digital and IT team. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and IT support to ensure smooth operations across the service.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

Administering IT tickets logged by end users via ServiceNow.
Reviewing and triaging tickets to the correct assignment groups.
Keeping users updated on ticket progress at least every 7 days.
Resolving simple tickets, particularly those related to Line of Business applications.
Assisting with IT projects such as laptop and mobile phone refresh.
Supporting the wider Digital and IT service with administrative tasks.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is organised and has a keen interest in Digital and IT. You’ll need:

Good numeracy and literacy
Strong communication skills
Competent and accurate typing
Ability to use IT systems such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Willingness to learn new IT systems
