Crynodeb
Crewe & Nantwich Supported Living Network provide support to adults who have Learning disability, living in their own homes in the local Community. We are looking for Community Support Workers to join our team; you will be working in the Crewe & Nantwich and surrounding area.
We have 4 x 25-hour posts, 3 x 20-hour posts and 1 X 26.25-hour post.
You’ll be part of a team providing 24-hour person-centred support which includes the following:
Assisting with Personal care
Medication administration
Food preparation
Managing finances
Community engagement
We work closely with individuals, families, and professionals to ensure services reflect each person’s choices, aspirations, and preferences.
What We’re Looking For
No experience? No problem!
We provide a full induction, ongoing training, and support. What matters most is that you:
Are compassionate and respectful
Have excellent spoken English
Are flexible and reliable
Hold a full UK driving licence
Can work a rota including alternate weekends and bank holidays
(Shifts: 07:30am–3pm / 3pm–10pm, with optional sleep-ins)
Pay & Benefits
£13.26/hr rising to £13.47/hr
Time and a half on weekends and bank holidays
Double pay on Christmas Day and Boxing Day
