About the role:
Involves managing a caseload, ensuring reviews and visits are completed within agreed timescales.
Provides direct support to families of children and young people with disabilities, helping them navigate challenges and access appropriate services.
Acts as a hub for other professionals seeking guidance, information, and support.
Offers access to ongoing training and development to support professional growth.
Joins a committed team focused on shaping positive outcomes for children and young people with disabilities.
