Summary
Horticulture Lecturer (Ongoing)
We are seeking a Horticulture Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching and practical training in Horticulture in Enfield. This is a full-time, ongoing role starting January.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom-based and practical horticulture training

Teach and support apprentices and learners at varying skill levels

Ensure training meets industry standards and health & safety requirements

Share current industry best practice through practical experience
Essential Requirements
- Strong practical background in horticulture
- Experience teaching apprentices or learners (formal or informal)
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of horticulture techniques and safety standards
- Current DBS or willingness to apply
