Full-time | 12 month contract ( Mat Leave ) - ON SITE ROLE | Winnersh, Berkshire
Ready to bring great ideas to life? We're looking for a Marketing Events Coordinator or Assistant to join our UK & Ireland Marketing team. You'll play a key role in planning and delivering outstanding marketing events, tradeshows, and internal programmes that make a real impact.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and deliver marketing events across the UK & Ireland.
- Handle logistics - from venue selection and booth setup to supplier management and travel.
- Manage budgets, POs, and vendor relationships.
- Support compliance processes for healthcare professionals and organisations.
- Oversee mobile demo and simulator bookings.
- Track event performance and contribute to continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
- Degree or equivalent experience in marketing or event management.
- 2-4 years of event or tradeshow experience, ideally within healthcare or technology.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Confident with MS Office and comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Flexible, reliable, and detail-oriented with a "can-do" mindset.
The details
- Based in Winnersh, Berkshire, with a hybrid schedule (3 days office-based).
- Up to 20% travel, mainly within the UK & Ireland.
