Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for a rewarding long-term role? Prospero Teaching is seeking a qualified teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Wells, Somerset. This position involves teaching a mixed Reception/Year 1 class and will require planning, preparation, and marking.
- Teach a Reception/Year 1 class in a supportive school environment.
- Fridays from January, then Thursdays and Fridays after February half-term.
- Full responsibility for planning, delivering lessons, and marking work.
- Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment for early years and KS1 pupils.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in EYFS and/or KS1.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Ability to plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
- Competitive pay rates (paid to scale).
