The opportunity

Is to provide high quality administrative support to the Principal Officer for Voids and the Void repairs Team and coordinate the processes and services needed to enable the return of empty homes to Lettings. Also, to coordinate and administer the decants and minor adaptation process from start to completion. Provide information to enable utilities to be paid and carry out financial checks and support to enable contractors to be paid.
