Crynodeb
The post holder will be working in addition to the current multidisciplinary input into the 4 wards (general adult x2, one older adult functional illness ward and one older adult dementia ward). Focus initially will be on old age wards to give professional supervision and advice to colleagues and contribute to pharmacy led prescribing meetings. It is envisaged that the post holder will work minimum 4 programmed activities over 2 days.
