Temporary School Administrator – Primary Schools (Leicester City)
Day to day, short term, long term
Link3 Recruitment are currently seeking experienced School Administrators to work on a temporary supply basis across primary schools within Leicester City.
This is an excellent opportunity for adaptable and professional administrators who are looking for flexible work within a range of school settings.
Role Overview:
As a temporary School Administrator, you will be placed in primary schools across Leicester City to provide essential administrative and front-office support. Assignments may vary in length, covering short-term absence, longer-term placements or ad-hoc support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing efficient administrative support to school leadership teams
• Managing reception duties, including visitor sign-in, telephone enquiries and parent communication
• Maintaining accurate pupil records using school management systems (e.g. SIMS/Arbor)
• Supporting attendance, admissions and general office procedures
• Handling sensitive information in line with GDPR and safeguarding policies
• Assisting with finance, correspondence and daily school operations as required
Candidate Requirements:
• Previous experience working as a School Administrator (school-based experience essential)
• Ability to quickly adapt to different school environments and systems
• Strong organisational, communication and IT skills
• A professional, friendly and approachable manner
