We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join our office team located in Potters Bar.
About the Role: As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes. You will work closely with our consultants and support with various administrative tasks. Your attention to detail and commitment to compliance will help maintain the integrity and reputation of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Consultants and the wider teams with various administrative tasks
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records
Ensure all compliance documentation is up to date
Chase and take references, process DBS checks, and verify right-to-work documentation
Manage communication with candidates via email and calls, creating a positive experience
Assist in developing and implementing compliance and administration processes
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the recruitment industry
Excellent organisational
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Working hours: 09.00am – 17.00pm, Monday - Friday
