You will be joining a dedicated therapeutic provision supporting Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils with complex needs, including emotionally based school non-attendance (EBSNA), trauma-related challenges, and autism. The RAISE Therapeutic Pathway offers a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where pupils re-engage with learning at their own pace. Your role will involve building trusting relationships, supporting individualised learning plans shaped by the pupil's voice, and helping students develop emotional security and confidence. The school provides free meals throughout the day and has free onsite parking. Due to its remote location (postcode SK12 2AP), candidates must have access to a vehicle, as there is no public transport within walking distance.
