Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about early childhood education and childcare, looking to gain hands-on experience in a nurturing environment. As an Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced professionals, developing your skills in managing and supporting children’s learning and development.
Responsibilities-
Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in a nursery setting.
Support the planning and implementation of educational activities that promote children's development.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a positive learning environment.
Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive interactions among children.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills in early childhood education.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment for children to learn and play.
Drive initiatives that support children's growth, ensuring their needs are met throughout the day.
Requirements-
A keen interest in early childhood education and childcare is essential.
Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is advantageous.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to manage small groups of children effectively.
A willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic working environment.
A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.

Please Note- if you do not currently hold a Level 2 Diploma in Early Years, you will need to complete the training before the job role. This Qualification takes approximately 4-5 Months to complete. 2 days per week.
