Level 2 Pest Controller
Location: Based in Lincoln but traveling around the UK
Salary: To be discussed at interview
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional weekends)
Job Overview
We are currently recruiting a qualified Level 2 Pest Controller to join our established and growing pest control business. This is a mobile, field-based role covering domestic and commercial properties. You’ll be responsible for delivering effective pest management solutions while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out pest control treatments in residential and commercial environments
Inspect properties, identify pest activity, and implement appropriate control measures
Complete risk assessments and comply with Health & Safety legislation
Provide professional advice and preventative recommendations to customers
Accurately complete digital job reports and service documentation
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
Represent the company professionally at all times
Essential Requirements
Level 2 Pest Control qualification (RSPH / BPCA or equivalent)
Previous experience in a pest control technician role
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage daily workload
Basic IT skills (mobile apps / job reporting systems)
Legal right to work in the UK
Desirable Skills
Commercial pest control experience
Bird control or proofing experience
BPCA membership
CSCS card
