Crynodeb
A visible and credible key leader for clinical digital activities across professionals. Provides expert clinical knowledge and skills in digital across the Health Board ensuring the successful implementation of technology that benefits patients care and achieves expected outcomes. Facilitates the identification of training and education needs of medical, nursing, allied health professionals and other relevant staff in relation to digital, ensuring that an education strategy and programmes are available, including evaluating their impact on practice. A key function of the post is the ability to influence and persuade a wide range of people and groups through collaborative and partnership working, through developing relationships with senior colleagues within and out with the NHS at a regional and national level.
