Essential Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Senior Care Assistant
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
• A strong person-centred approach to care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents
• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Supporting residents with daily living activities
• Administering medication safely and accurately
• Completing care plans and documentation to a high standard
• Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and communicating effectively with the wider care team
