It’s essential you understand how KTP works with Business and University partners, and the vital role you will play if you successfully secure a KTP Associate position.

This position is initially for a 30-month fixed-term contract.
You will be employed by Teesside University but will be working at the business partner premises day to day.

You will have access to a dedicated training budget tailored towards your personal development, access to industry-leading technology and supervision from a leading academic research team from Teesside University.
The partner, Lionweld Kennedy Flooring Ltd, is based in Middlesbrough, North East England.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to lead an exciting Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project between Lionweld Kennedy and Teesside University.
The aim of this partnership is to establish a digital production and operations capability by embedding and exploiting a People-Process-Data-Technology framework that catalyses sustained organisational transformation and enables strategic market growth.
First Stage Interviews will take place on 4 February 2026, online via Microsoft Teams
Second Stage Interviews, date to be confirmed, and will take place in person at Lionweld Kennedy Flooring Ltd.

Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post may qualify for University sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
