We are seeking an inspirational and dedicated leader with vision and energy to build on our many strengths and lead our school forward. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills and will be committed to working with the whole school community with compassion and care. Garstang Community Primary School is a one-form entry school, with a recently opened Governor-Led term-time nursery for 2–4-year-olds. The school is situated in the growing market town of Garstang, between Preston and Lancaster.
Our new Head Teacher will:
• Be passionate about providing the highest standards of education for every pupil.
• Care for and nurture our whole school family, recognising and celebrating the individuality of children and staff.• Be ambitious and lead by example.
• Welcome and foster partnerships with parents and the wider community.• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our children and families.In return we offer:
